Corporate History
Founded in 1999 as MarBec Consulting Services, the company was incorporated as MarBec Consulting Inc. in 2004.
In August 2024, MarBec Consulting Inc. rebranded to MLS & Associates Inc., marking a new chapter focused exclusively on hands-on construction safety consulting.
